Emergencies happen when we least expect them — and knowing what to do can make all the difference. At The SafeHaven Empowerment Center, we believe that empowerment begins with preparedness. That’s why we’re offering CPR & AED Training through our Learn to Save a Life program, designed to equip teens and adults with the confidence and skills to respond in real-life emergencies.
What You’ll Learn
This hands-on course, open to participants ages 13 and older, provides essential lifesaving training, including how to:
- Recognize cardiac emergencies
- Perform high-quality CPR
- Use an AED effectively
- Build teamwork and confidence during emergency response
Upon completion, participants will receive official certification, opening the door to valuable new skills for personal safety, workplace readiness, and community leadership.
